It's an unprecedented situation. Here's what we're doing to ensure that Broker Buddha continues to serve its customers and its community.

Managing through the COVID-19 outbreak.


It’s been nearly a month since the COVID-19 outbreak abruptly changed the routines of life and work. 

We’re doing everything we can to stop the spread, while helping our clients manage their business through these challenging times. 

We think it’s important to establish priorities. Along with ensuring our employees stay healthy, these have been ours.

  • Make Customer Success a primary focus.

Essentially, everyone at our company is now part of the Customer Success team—it’s all hands on deck when it comes to assisting our users. 

  • Push forward.

Our development team is continuing to add new features to our platform. During times like these, being productive is healthy for everyone. 

  • Remain connected while working remotely.

All our employees have the tools and technology they need to work effectively, no matter where they might be. We’re also keeping our communication channels active—we hosted a webinar with industry leaders, we continue regular outreach to customers, and we’re using video conference meetings to keep our staff informed.

  • Help as much as we can.

We may not have an assembly line that can be retooled to make equipment for our country’s brave healthcare workers, but we can help businesses cope during this unprecedented time. Once we saw the challenging Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loan application, our developers turned it into an easy-to-follow online smart form. It’s free for any agency to use and share with their clients—whether they’re on the Broker Buddha platform or not.
