Customer Success - Customer Success Manager

The role will report directly to the Head of Customer Success and will liaise with cross-function internal teams (i.e. Product & Sales) in order to improve customer experience and provide product feedback. This individual will develop strong relationships with our customers by leading and reporting on client progress throughout the duration of their onboarding. They will serve as the main point of contact for clients post sales and will continue to support client training needs post onboarding.

As our product design lead, reporting directly to the Head of Product, you will be responsible for defining and designing the user experience and the user interface for all new features going forward, plus help us make improvements to what we already have.

This person has proven sales success and ‘start-up hunger’ to successfully generate new sales opportunities through outbound lead generation to drive new client acquisition. You have a hustle, work hard / win big mentality, and constantly push yourself to exceed goals and targets. You’re a self-motivating go-getter that is eager to help a young, fast-growing company achieve its goals. This person takes ownership, builds a plan and works that plan, is a quick learner and has passion for closing deals.
