Throughout my personal or professional life...which frequently overlap...I’ve always found myself drawn to people who share a similar view on life.  ‘Like-minded’ they call it.  But not since my late 20s, when I went on an epic journey to find my personal purpose and the meaning of life (which I did find, by the way), have I tried to capture who I am, what I stand for, and my views on life.  

When I started Broker Buddha, I knew that I couldn’t do it alone.  I knew that I needed to find a team of people who had the hard skills required to build a great company.  Knowing that I’d be spending long days and nights together with these people, I knew that they also had to have an outlook on life that fit with mine.  It was a perfect opportunity to stop, reflect, and figure out what that really meant.

It turns out, that I went looking for a group of selfless, reliable and resourceful go-getters, who have a burning desire to do something amazing, a true awareness of their strengths and weaknesses, and a willingness to learn and grow.  That’s who I am.  That’s who we hire.  

Here at Broker Buddha our shared values help us to work better together. With a mission to disrupt an age-old industry and find new ways of doing old things, we needed people who wanted to join that journey, and also shared the same ethos. These are the values that define us:
