Introducing our new podcast: The Enlightened Agent.

I came to insurance from tech. As an outsider, I quickly realized something that people who have been in the business for years may take for granted: agents do some pretty amazing work. 

My experience with insurance professionals prompted me to start our new podcast—The Enlightened Agent. We talk to forward-thinking, customer-centric agents and industry leaders about how they operate, how they leverage technology, and what it means to be enlightened. (Don't worry, we don't go all Zen—no gongs are used in the making of this podcast.)
