Description of Role

This person has proven sales success and start-up hunger to successfully generate new sales opportunities through outbound lead generation to drive new client acquisition. You have hustle, a work hard / win big mentality, and constantly push yourself to exceed goals and targets. You’re a self-motivating go-getter that is eager to help a young, fast-growing company achieve its goals. This person takes ownership, builds a plan and works that plan, is a quick learner, and has passion for closing deals.

Responsibilities

-Meet and exceed assigned sales objectives and quotas.

-Own and manage the full sales cycles for outbound sales outreach and inbound leads for our Tier 2 & 3 (middle-market)

  agency prospects.

-Identify new prospects, generate and maintain your own pipeline, and engage prospects via high-volume

  outbound phone calls, emails, LinkedIn,  etc.

-Become a Broker Buddha platform expert with the ability to fully demo the product to agency prospects by qualifying,

  selling our value, and closing deals.

-Stay organized and manage your time effectively, managing your pipeline in our CRM.

Looking for someone who

-3+ years of sales experience in a full-cycle closing role.

-SaaS sales & start-up experience preferred.

-Has history of exceeding quotas with ACV’s above $25k ARR.

-Has knowledge of sales tactics and strategies.

-Is a team player who takes initiative, helps others, and owns whatever they do.

-Has experience with CRM systems, Zoom, and GSuite.
