Customer Success - Customer Success Manager

The restaurants where you love to eat, the schools where your children learn, and the businesses that are creating our future all need insurance to protect them as they shape the world.  Sadly, though, the process of buying and selling insurance today is an administrative nightmare and these companies waste countless hours filling out forms when they could be growing their business.  Broker Buddha has created a new technology to reshape and simplify that process today for every business, broker, and carrier in the US. We’re looking for an implementation leader that will be at the forefront of managing and driving new users through our onboarding process. 

Description of Role:

The role will report directly to the Head of Customer Success and will liaise with cross-function internal teams (i.e. Product & Sales) in order to improve customer experience and provide product feedback. This individual will develop strong relationships with our customers by leading and reporting on client progress throughout the duration of their onboarding. They will serve as the main point of contact for clients post sales and will continue to support client training needs post onboarding. 

Responsibilities:

  • Support and drive onboarding new customers
  • Serve as the client’s main advocate during onboarding to ensure internal solutions meet client expectations and needs
  • Provide weekly & monthly status reports for current clients onboarding to internal stakeholders
  • Provide clients monthly onboarding progress reports 
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
  • Support client training 
  • Work closely with Product team to resolve customer issues & meeting deadlines
  • Testing product and filing bugs 
  • Work with Account Managers to identify cross-sell opportunities 
  • Collaborate with Senior Leadership on strategic initiatives and operational improvements

This role is based in New York City

Salary Range:

  • $70k-$100K
