Commercial Insurance Gets a Service Upgrade.

Here at Broker Buddha, we’re always looking for ways to upgrade the experience for you and your clients and we’ve just launched a doozy that will make your team work like superstars: White Glove Service.

With White Glove Service, you’ll be more in control of your commercial insurance renewals and applications than ever before. You provide us with your policy list and expiration dates, and then our White Glove Service kicks in, managing your team through the process on our platform. Avoid missing important deadlines, stay on top of your book of business, get the maximum ROI from your Broker Buddha account—there are all kinds of benefits.

Four specific ways our White Glove Service improves your commercial insurance renewal process.

1. Based on your policy expiration list, we’ll notify you and your agents when we need your prior year applications to load into Broker Buddha. We’ll do this either 120 or 170 days out, and you can stay on top of the process by simply monitoring your inbox.

2. We send your team reminders to get us the information we require. We need everything by a certain point and we’ll remind you when that point is getting close.

3. We’ll let you know what’s in progress with our team and when you can send it out.

4. We provide updates on your pre-filled renewal applications. Your account includes pre-filled applications, and with our White Glove Service, you’ll know exactly how many you have used and how many you have remaining. That makes planning easier and helps you manage your account with us so it’s as cost-efficient as possible.

As your agency grows its book, tools to help you manage that expansion are critical. Our White Glove Service will keep you on top of all your business, and help you deliver a better customer experience.

White Glove Service will be available to select Premier clients.  Want to find out more about it? Send a message to or and we’ll follow up with a conversation to help you decide if White Glove Service can help you and your agency.
