A: Let the people complete their insurance submissions digitally! Especially on their phone, in a waiting room, at a boring kids' birthday party, at the car wash… Any free moment they have, when they want to fill out their info, they should be able to do it. We and other insurance agencies see going digital as a competitive advantage: Given the choice between the old paper-based way, and a way to do it without needing a pen, printer, envelope, or stamps, which one would you choose? Definitely the faster digital way! What’s more exciting than filling out insurance information quickly? Nothing!
