Broker Buddha has created a new technology to reshape and simplify that process today for every business, broker, and carrier in the US and we’re looking for someone who possesses exceptional relationship management skills and experience driving revenue growth within our existing strategic accounts.
This individual will develop strong relationships with our customers by handling client queries, scheduling quarterly/annual reviews while identifying, managing contract renewals & facilitating growth opportunities with strategic accounts. The role will report directly to the Head of Customer Success and will liaise with cross-function internal teams (i.e. Product & Sales) in order to improve customer experience, provide product feedback and scale accounts.
